I’m Cristina, the face behind Munch Eatery. I’m a local UConn graduate, with a degree in Math who is excited to add a family-owned small business to Ansonia. Just like most of us, my life was changed by the pandemic. That's when I started baking as a way to bring joy (and flavor!) to my family and friends. My parents, dad in particular, enjoyed my baked goods so much that they inspired me to open Munch Eatery. We used my dads construction knowledge, my mother's office management skills and the help of my brothers and family members, to create a place where not only can you enjoy delicious food, coffee, & treats; but you can truly feel like you are in the warm company of family.
